Looks like we're due for another question! This time the question is based on one suggested by one of our very own member! The question is:

"Is there a figure or toy you can never see yourself parting with? And if so, which one is it?"

Definitely something to ponder since I've grown attached to many of my figures!

Have fun answering, and remember that we're always open to suggestions for future questions~

SO.... are Custom figures allowed?

And if so, I assume they go in 'other'?

I think they can go in any section that they are based off of, like say a custom gunpla, it will still go into mecha gallery.

Just a suggestion to admin, you should replace the word 'bootleg' in folders to 'Custom's', they are not bootlegs.:| (Blank Stare)

By bootlegs, we are primarily referring to unauthorized productions of figures. Also known are "Chinese versions" or recasts, these figures are made without consent of the original figure's manufacturers and the only ones who profit are the bootleggers themselves rather than the creators and rightful owners of  the sculpts and characters. Bootlegs can also be potentially harmful to one's health since they are often made from lower grade plastics and paints.

But some people do create customs using bootlegs as a base. I am hesitant to accept submissions of bootleg figures in any other folder though, as the club does not support them. However, if there is enough interest in creating a folder for customs, I will consider. =)

Ok, I gotcha, makes sense. In the future i'll submit any 'Customs' to the 'Other' folder, and if you did create a folder for 'Customs' id greatly appreciate it! :) (Smile)

Bootleg folder is for bootlegs figures, not custom. ^^

Ok, np. I'll submit 'Customs' to 'Other' in the future, thanks! Nod

No problem at all!

But the idea of creating a "custom" folder is nice =3
I'll tell that to the admins ^^
